Have searched the website but can't locate any info that matches the name......

Checked into Bally's 4/24....lovely young lady helped me in the Diamond Check-in. Took my 1 large piece of luggage to assigned room....opened the door....AND, 1st saw dirty towels in the floor...then noticed the TV was on.....THEN.....saw a foot on the bed! OMG.....closed that door ASAP & headed back down to the Diamond check-in. Told the girl what I just experienced.....she was shocked...said the computer showed last people had checked out & the room was cleaned.....well...NO. She said.....We will take very good care of you & to make up for this.....will give you a "Grand Suite".

GRAND it was.....on the top floor & per her - was 1900 sq feet. Not sure if that is correct but it was huge....especially for 1 person. Floor to ceiling windows...about the width of 4 regular rooms.../ computer area / makeup table with a very nice magnifying mirror (on a stand) / a glass shower that would easily hold 5-6 people accessible from both sides..../ 2 huge closets......on & on. It was definitely a treat for 5 nites!!

So happy for you. I almost choked though I laughed so hard at what initially happened. Glad that's all you saw. ROTFLMAO. :haha:

this happened to me at CP one time, last year during the mayweather/pac weekened...the girl at the desk wrote down the room number on the room key holder, then another number on the next page...went to the room and no go, tried both keys several times every way possible, looked at the key holder and the other number is right across the hall...insert the key and it opens the door. I start to walk in and I hear a guy yell to hold up, he comes to the door in jean shorts...I showed him what they done and asked him to call down to the desk, we laughed about it and I went back down to get everything right...they probally hooked him up, they only gave me $50 extra room charge on top of the $500 i already had...probally should have complained
