Saw this on another board but not sure how dated the info is...

If you call the front desk or housekeeping at the following they will bring a refrigerator to your room:

    Bally's (now requires $10 a day charge)

Bellagio (request with reservation. No charge reported.)

    Caesars' Palace (older tower)

Circus Circus (tower - request with reservation - $10 charge per day!)

    Flamingo ($5 charge per day)

Fitzgerald's will provide for medical reasons only.

Golden Nugget (will provide one for medical necessity only)

Harrah's (request with reservation - $5 charge per day)

Imperial Palace ($7.50 charge unless it's for medical reasons)

Las Vegas Hilton (corporate rooms have fridge, regular rooms do not)

    Mirage

    MGM Grand

New York-New York - they have a limited number of refrigerators available for guests.

    Orleans

Sam's Town - will provide a refrigerator if you request it for health reasons.

    Stardust

    Tropicana (Garden or Island Tower)

    Venetian

My room at Bally's had a fridge + wet bar. I assume it was a suite? I only booked a standard room though.

We've had small refrig in several rooms without asking. One was a suite and the others we the regular rooms. We were usually Diamond but at least once we were Plat when had one....Doesn't now if our level mattered but we were not charged for them at either Bally's or Paris.

Bally's will give you a fridge free of charge, just mention your request at check in and that it is for medical reasons. I ask for one every trip just to keep beer in and they have never said no. I tip the desk clerk a $20 for it. You are not under an obligation to tip as yours is for medical reasons.

I stayed at Bally's in May and I asked for a fridge at checkin and it wasn't a problem. No charge and no tip.
