I believe they are odd. My Jubilee room at Bally's was room 6604, which faced the North Strip.

We stayed in 6020 last time and faced the shops/Cromwell/Drai's.

    Loud!

So like others said, odd should be facing Paris.

Jubilee tower odd numbers face south toward Paris
Indigo tower odd numbers face north toward Cromwell and Batista's

we had room 6523 close the the strip end of tower ,overlooking paris, great view but my god, was the paris nightclub noisy on the wednesday

i went with the idea of getting a high odd number room, we checked in about 2pm, we could have had an even number room straight away but had to wait 2 hours for the odd number

loved the room though..4 nights comped help
