Has anyone visited this brewery, just off downtown?

They are having a beer fest Sat 6th, thinking of going with the guys.

"Just off Downtown", maybe by Australian standards :) They are down in Henderson's Booze District.

Hahaha true, considering we are flying 14 hrs to get to Vegas, anything within Vegas to get to is only a 'stones throw' away!!

Yeah, if you have a car, you can drive there (which sucks if all of you really want to drink), but it's almost 20 minutes each way from Plaza in light traffic.

They do tell you where you can drink their stuff.

I haven't had any myself to give an opinion on this stuff. One local brewery I do recommend though is Joseph James. Their Citra Rye Pale Ale (compable at TAG Lounge at Linq) is excellent, imo,

Yeah we have a car and one of the guys doesn't drink beer so he is going to drive us around.

    Will report back.

Bad Beat and CraftHaus are great additions to the booze scene. I like CH a bit better, but they are only across the parking lot from each other so check them both out. The only downside to the Booze District is the location, so if you have a driver... problem solved. Cheers!
