LOL. I thought I'd share something that happened at MGM mansion awhile back that I couldn't believe we got away with. Just some background info for the readers, the bacc tables have an electronic card reader on all the shoes that records what cards were dealt and in turn will post the winner (Banker or Player) after the deal is complete so that the dealer doesn't have to manually enter in which side won to keep the score board up to date. So on with my story. I was at a baccarat table where the players all bet heavy on the BANKER, including me, and the cards were drawn (there were no bets on PLAYER). Somehow, with approx 5 players at the table, no one noticed that the dealer gave the PLAYERS cards to the highest better to peek at and the result was a natural 9 winner. So the dealer took the cards, placed them on the BANKER side and paid all of us. The dealer mistakenly switched the BANKER and PLAYERS hands. As you can guess, the score board now showed PLAYER as the natural 9 winner and left the dealer and pitboss scratching their heads. They dismissed it as a machine error and continued on. Of course I didn't say a damn thing. LOL.
