    My Trip Report

It's been almost 10 years since I've been to Atlantic City, last time I was there the economy was going well and lots of money flying around. Table limits from what I remember were pretty much all $25+ on BJ. What kind of table minimums can I expect to see Friday/Saturday in August at different casinos for Craps/BJ?

I'm just back from an Atlantic City trip, myself. I'm normally a Las Vegas visitor, but recently made an exception.

    TR is here: http://www.vegasmessageboard.com/forums/showthread.php?108620-A-Vegas-lover-s-Atlantic-City-Casino-Crawl

I spent an entire Friday there and I only played craps, so BJ minimums could be different.

Typically, I found $10.00 min. limits at every casino day and night with the exception of Tropicana, which had a $5.00 game every time I visitied.

Caesars jacked their minimums up to $15.00 & $25.00 (but still retained one $10.00 game) on Friday night, and I think I saw one $15.00 table at Bally's as well.

Good Luck and Best Wishes on your trip!

Look forward to reading your TR and impressions.

I noticed that most of the $10 BJ tables at Harrah's were 6:5.on a weekend in April. Maybe with less competition in AC with the impending closure of Showboat, this will be e new normal?

I think you should still be able to find a good number of $15 3:2 BJ tables and $10 craps tables at the boardwalk casinos, even on a Fri or Sat night, but they will probably be crowded. Borgata BJ will probably only be $25 and up during that time though.

Awesome, thank you. This is a trip for a bachelor party. It would have been much cheaper for me to head to Vegas. Plane ticket was more than a ticket to Vegas from Atlanta, and the hotels during the summer on the weekends are outrageous. I'm paying 2x as much to stay at showboat as I did to stay at Cosmo when I went to vegas last month.....Those are numbers I'm very happy with! $10 craps was my main concern....things can go wrong way to fast at $15!

That's a good place for a bachelor party since it is closing on the 31st of August meaning you guys can tear the place down.
