What is the cutoff time that separates one days points from another at Boyd properties? I'm going to be arriving at MSS late and might put off my gambling in order to help out my ADT.

    Thanks!

If I recall correctly, it depends on when you start a session.
If, for example, you buy in a blackjack table at 10:45 PM, and play until 03:00 AM, all of that play will be logged on the 1st day. If, on the other hand, you start play at 10:45PM, go get something to eat at 11:30PM, and start a new session at 12:10AM - same table, same dealer, same pit-crew - your new session will log on the next day.

Seems like forever from now, but the flights are booked, so it counts!

What's the rule for slots? I was under the impression that the new day started anywhere from 3:00-5:00 AM

The day for slot play starts at midnight. As far as a continuous session before and after midnight, I don't know the answer, but I'll get one from my contact.
EDIT: The answer I get will only apply to downtown Boyd, the other Boyds are all different.

Hey, I just thought of a part-time job for myself: Playing slots for people from say, 2:00 A.M. until 9:00 A.M. About 10% cut of any winnings.

(Note: Attempt at humor, not snarkiness)

    Jeez....I hope that is wrong.
Midnight is a dumb time. I might as well just go to bed at midnight then..lol.
Caesars Windsor gambling day starts at 5 am...which makes sense to me.

My contact just got back to me. The start of the day is 3 AM. He wasn't sure about table games, he is the slot guy, but if you are playing machines, the day starts and ends at 3 AM. There isn't any overlap for continuous play, you are starting over at 3 AM.

He said he would try and check on table games when I talked to him.
