    Always.

Self parking is accessible on Rue De Monte Carlo on Aria's South or from Frank Sinatra Drive on the West.

I used Aria's self-parking in September when I stayed there and found it very convenient for such a huge property. When going up north on the Strip (from the airport), you make a left on City Center. After turning left, you have to stay on far left for Aria Self-Parking. The other lanes go to Crystals and Aria Porte Cochere. When I entered the lot, I usually went up one level to Level 2 and always found a spot there. This level is also the same level with the casino bridge. It was a pretty short walk from the parking lot to Aria entrance.

However, the entrance to casino from self park is the opposite side of the check in area. So, for the first time parking, it was a bit of a walk inside the casino (from one end to the other). But, for other trips during the stay, it was a breeze (the guest elevators are half way from both registration and self-park entrance).

As you enter City Center, there are big signs directing you to self parking.

    and

maps.google.com will get you to the area of Aria.
