According to VegasChatter an Aria rep has confirmed one of the pools will be dedicated to Sky Suites guests only.
And Delano will get their own pool from MB.

This is an interesting trend ... an oasis in the sea of madness that is Vegas pool life? I kind of like it.

Love to hear that. One of the few things I liked the Four Seasons over Aria was theire private pool with outstanding service.

I don't know...Aria's pool scene is smaller compared to Mandalay Bay pool complex, I wonder if Aria's pools will get more crowded due to that. One of the nice thing about Aria's pools is that they weren't so crowded...

    I just finally understood.

I thought you were saying Aria Sky Suite guests would have a private pool at Delano.

    I couldn't understand why.

    I agree!
The pools are less crowded and crazy than most of the other MLife properties.Bellagio is quiet but always crowded.
The only pool I can see being dedicated to Sky Suites is the smaller one on the right when you walk in.
I think they will have to build or relocate some cabanas there.it is the only pool that does not have any.

This pool was closed when I was there at the beginning of March. From the fitness room it was apparent that they were adding more Cabanas there. I would tend to agree with your thinking. I hope it doesn't make their pool more crowded overall. I like there scene and feel it is really pretty relaxing.

Anyone who follows Delano Las Vegas on Facebook just saw that they posted a pic of the new pool and said that it opens tomorrow.

Just called SkySuites to see if the private pool will be open next week when I'm there.

The reservation agent did not know anything about about it.I told her it was an official announcement.
She put me on hold and came back saying it is scheduled to open 5/27 but was told the construction may be behind and it might be later.

For those visiting Delano in the future could you keep us up to date with details about Delano pool?

I'd be especially interested in the following:
    - Is this a party pool or a quiet pool? What's the ambient noise level?
    - Heated or not heated?
    - Seating: easy to find a place to put your stuff or is it a race to claim something in the morning?

Went there today but didn't stay and didn't go in the pool. It was too crowded and very loud. Almost looked like a day club. Lots of young club people packed in to a small area. No lounge chairs available at all. There wasn't a DJ but the music was louder than the normal Mandalay pools.
