Which one is better and why? Either lunch or dinner.
I have always liked Bellagio better, but neither one is destination dining for me. Like the B better because the variety and quality seems a bit better than Aria
As I stated in another thread, I think that Bellagio is the superior dinner buffet, even though they are the same price, but then thinking about it, it may just be the ambiance.
Both buffets had the things that I like to eat, and they were both very, very good.
So, for me, it would be location. It depends on where you are at the time.
Aria has better food and Bellagio has better ambience. Depends on what you look for.
Last September we ate a both places using the MYVEGAS 2 for 1 and I enjoyed the buffet at Aria a little more. It was are first visit there so that may have been the reason. We plan on doing the same thing this year.
Aria is my #1 choice. I'd choose them over Bellagio any day of the week. Biggest complaint about the Bellagio's buffet is their dining area, which is in need of a renovation.
Bellagio is great but I like Aria just a little bit more. Both are fantastic buffets.
My slight edge goes to Aria.
I go to a buffet to eat. So in my review its about the food. I go to the Bellagio every time I visit. Choice of both snow and Alaskan King crab cold or steamed to order. Beef Wellington, some Kobi beef ,rack of lamb, great variety in fish and salads. This is the gourmet weekend meals I am commenting on. IMHO the Aria lacks the quality and variety of the B except for desserts.
I've always preferred Aria. They serve King Crab Legs at dinner. A very tender and well-seasoned Prime Rib. Bellagio also offers a delicious Prime Rib. However I expected more from them.... By more I mean gourmet food.
