Okay you buffet eaters. We do a dinner buffet each time in Vegas. Did Barrachinal last year. Strangely we were not impressed. Have done Wynn a couple times. Opinions please on aria and bellegio. Haven't done either So trying to pick one for this trip.

We did Aria in July and it was just ok....we actually liked Mirage better. Will definitely try Bellagio next trip.

We liked Mirage and Bellagio both over Aria.

For sure Bellagio, but I wouldn't pass up Aria if the situation presented itself. Same with Mirage, as others have mentioned.

I remember being wholly unimpressed with Aria's buffet not long after it opened. It's gotten much better, but Bellagio has always been fantastic. Unless you have a specific interest in some of the Aria-unique stations (like Indian or Mediterranean), I'd go with Bellagio. I could eat nothing but the tuna poke and be completely happy there.

Does the Bellagio buffet have a VIP line for Pearl/Gold/Plat/Noir members like Aria?

Yes. I don't know which tiers are permitted in the line, but I know it is at least gold and up. Can't recall if it includes Pearl

DW and I ate at both the Aria and Bellagio dinner buffets the first week of September. DW preferred Aria for the homestyle diner section (meatloaf, mac and cheese) and the incredible orange sorbet. I preferred Bellagio for the size and selection (DW didn't like how big it was), not to mention the wonderful assortment of roasted meats and sushi.

Damn you! Now my mouth is watering from the memory of it! lol

Yes, Bellagio is better. The dining room at Aria is better because of the view out the windows. And it's not that Bellagio's is huge. They are probably about the same size. It's just that Bellagio always features more expensive products, like the mentioned tuna, as well as Chilean sea bass.

Haven't been to Aria but I thought Bellagio was better than Wynn.

Bellagio 1st and then Aria which is not bad and gets points for the windows with a view of the pools.. Bellagio food is better but the is pretty dim and gloomy with no windows. And for my 2 cents, I got horrible food poisoning once at Mirage buffet... when I complained the next day they made it very difficult to fill out an incident report, making me wait over an hour and then they tried to comp me 2 buffets.. Like I would EVER eat there again! I did get them to comp me the day I was sick since that was more than half the day!

Have not eaten at the Aria. The Bellagio for lunch and dinner were wonderful! Not to be missed!

Aria last month was blah. Bellagio twice was fantastic.

I also found the aria buffet in Sept. to be very disappointing, my 1st time last year, it was really good. Hence the return.
Maybe just an off night ?

But i'm thinking it maybe like the caesars buffet, ate there 6 weeks after their opening and it was fantastic !!!
one year later, the food quality has noticeably declined. I heard somewhere that the casinos cut the buffets food budget
once they establish a good reputation...
