    Hello,

Before Dec 15 2015, when the new mLife benefits changed, Gold member or above can get an upgrade for the ROOM subject to availability.
Meaning, you could get a room with better view.

But, now, at mLife.com, its actually showing ""Room Upgrades (view, corner or suite subject to availability) ""
Does that mean, if I have a ROOM booked, and if there is a suite available, I will get upgraded to a suite but not just a better view room?

    Thanks

Usually just means better view or higher floor. I have been bumped to a suite before when they wanted to sell the cheaper room, but most often just view.

Yeah I think they're just trying to make it sound better. They can put you in a 2BR Penthouse if they feel like it. The most you should really expect is a view room.

    Yep.

Hotels and casinos love to put this wording in there. Upgrades galore!

In reality, they are Noir, Plats, and high rollers on the list in front of you. Can it happen? Sure. Probable? Nope.

Yeah, have been Gold during my last 6 or so trips to Aria and Mirage and still haven't gotten an upgrade to a view, suite, or bigger room....

Though I always get a high floor when I ask for it.
