There are "Marketing" managers or directors listed under the table games section. If you got in contact with one of those slot hosts, I'm sure they'd put you in touch with who you are looking for.

    newbie question regarding Aria hosts

What do the hosts do? Are they special customer service at Aria for high rollers only? Thanks in advance for answering my newbie question.

They can assist mid-rollers as well. Read up on them in this section or just do a google search

    comps

OK you lot, a HUGE thank you for all your help with this:beer:
    Big shout to nittany1 too

I picked a name at random from the Aria site for slot hosts as recomended by members on here. Initialy he didnt respond but it turned out he has been off for some minor surgery for a few days, just my luck hey.
So I contacted the host recomended by nittany1 and he got back to me quickly and made me an offer I was quite supprised at.:nworthy:
Then my original host contact got back to me. Gave him my intended itinerary and well i have 2 offers now:eek:
First from non slot host: 3 comped nights in a suite with $450 freeplay and $200 m life credits ( not sure what they are )
Second from "my" slot host: 9 nights comped in a standard room, which i suspect is a Deluxe king which means my stay is totaly comped:faint:

So my question is: if i took the second choice, my obvious preference, would i be pushing my luck if i asked for MORE? say some free play or m life credits or even pushier and upgrade?:evillaugh dont want him to think i'm ungratefull or too cheeky

pick which one you want the most (FP, resort credit, suite) and ask for it.
