Aria Buffet..."new" menu?

    Guess I heard this place was closed for renovation, and many reviews were mixed, so maybe that was OK.

    Today I see a new photo album on Aria called "The Buffet at ARIA is now Open!"

    So I guess this is what we have been waiting for? Hope to see some reviews soon, as I have two nights at Aria in January, and I am always hoping to try new places.

    It looks good.

    I would like to try it.

    I wonder how the Friday - Sunday buffet differs from the weekdays.
    I e-mailed them and will report back.

    Anyone that tries it should come back and tell us how it is.
