im moving to vegas ive narrowed it down to the veer, martin and panorama ,any pros and cons thanks
keep in mind the assn fees, traffic and parking. You still have to go to the grocery store and do day to day stuff.
After taking a tour a few weeks back, I'm a fan of the Ogden and all the possibilities of the things going on downtown. The places you've mentioned are indeed 'top-drawer", I'm just really intrigued with downtown and this whole Zappos led investment into the area.
im renting so no fees just montly rent and cleaning and key deposite.
most have free use of town car . ill have a scooter and can us the bus
I have a condo on The Strip. Von's (Safeway) delivers groceries right to your kitchen counter. I use them regularly for food and liquor. Go to their website where they have an online store you shop in.
And, the condos you mentioned all have top-notch Concierges to get all the other day-to-day stuff done you don't have time to do yourself.
great thanks .love delivery thing thanks alot that helps
When considering location Martin and Panorama are equals. I'd go with either of those over Veer just for convenience sake. I wouldn't want to deal with strip traffic to go home.
