I have eaten at all the restaurants at the Bellagio, but never just stopped in for a drink and dessert. I'm assuming that dessert could be ordered at the bar, but would they set you up at a table? If stopping in it would be near the end of their menu hours, 9:00 - 10:00 pm. A dessert with nice bourbon or scotch at say the Prime, Le Cirque or Picasso would be a nice diversion. :licklips:

I would never even try it a Michelin restaurant, also as you probably know Picasso dont even do a la carte so its out of the question. However i cant see it being a problem at Prime during slow hours at the bar but i dont know for sure.

One of them has a dessert menu posted on line---maybe LeCirque, so I am guessing they would not have a problem with someone stopping for dessert and a drink.

You might consider Michael Mina, too.
