I have not been able to log in for going on a month.

I get the "System error" message. I have cleared my browser cache several times with no change.

I have 3 tickets open with mLife support. It's a good thing I have the confirmation email for my Dec. trip.

Yes, tried to book a room with tier discount and it kept telling me that I was proceeding as guest and couldn't get rate, even though I was logged in. Good news, is I called and got my room about $100 cheaper overall.

I had problems logging in as well and discovered it was my browser (Chrome) not allowing it for some reason. Rather than fiddle around with the settings in Chrome, I used Microsoft Edge and had no issues after that.

I can also login without problems.

I applied for the M life MasterCard a couple of weeks ago, was approved instantly, and got the card in the mail yesterday. I just logged in and saw that my tier level upgrade to Pearl is done, so now I don't have to pay for self-parking. Sweet!

I even reported to them about the issues with Chrome.
Logging in with Chrome, it won't keep me logged in for the session, show tix for MyVegas comp won't work properly ( happened with 2 diff shows), viewing my Itinerary is broken sometimes in Chrome as well.

Switched to Edge and all is fine.

    Damn you MLife. :cuss:

I can log in but the site is still a disaster. I have comp offers and when I open some of them up there are no dates available for the offer for the next year.

I had problems long after their claimed 'system update' problems, twice, for many weeks, and was flamed here by an MLife white night for pointing out how crappy the MLife website was. I can log in now, but we've abandoned MLife so I don't care. Have to remember to find a way to use up my points and express comps. I guess I've got three more weeks of Platinum, then gone..........

Mine says "Due to a System error, we can't process your request at this time. Please try again later".... I've had this error for at least the last month.......

Yeah - every time I try to log on it tells me my password isn't 8 characters. Annoying.

Looks like they strengthened their password requirements and didn't account for existing users
