Booked a trip for July and trying to figure out the hotel situation.

I stayed 3 nights on a comp in May (reward for making Sapphire) and earned 30,000 tier points. I figure that's enough to get me room at the very least. So far though the only offer I have on the bconnected website is for 3 specific nights (free) in August + concert tickets.

If anyone has contact info it would be greatly appreciated.

    All the best,
    Adam

Sam's Town recently let all of their hosts go, and then they dropped their best out-of-town players from "best players-full RFB" down into the nothing-basement as far as offers are concerned. Rooms, yes. Maybe a Calamity Jane's ice cream cone, No.

The only host left is Henry Forte, who is likeable, friendly and competent. I suggest that if you like the place (which we used to do), that you go with your monthly room offers. If you are not getting monthy room offers, then you will be soon since you played there recenltly.

So sad. It was our favorite place.

Thanks for the insight. If I can't get their lone host's contact info I guess i'll just have to hope that something shows up on bconnected before I leave on July 8th. I enjoyed playing there, they had some nice daily promotions and a great selection of full pay VP.

This is extremely concerning to me. I have always dealt with Dawn in the Host office and have gotten full RFB plus transportation to and from the airport. I am heading down in July and still am getting five free nights plus a Gold card for food. I did notice that my offers changed for August which I thought was maybe a typo but since I was not planning to go at that time anyways it was not a concern for me. I am going to contact Henry and see if everything is still okay for July.

    This concerns me too!
But I agree with BCC...Henry IS still there (always was my host)
And by offers DROPPED recently, even though my play their SKYROCKETED ($10k per day on 9/6 JoB)
I really like Sams...but if you read my recent TR, then you saw how the GM of Marketing basically gave me the cold shoulder on $10k a day...
I've also emailed Henry..but no reply yet (the operator said he was gone on vacation for two weeks...yet I saw him Sunday at the firelight buffet)

I played 10k coin in a day for 3 days when I stayed in May. So far I've received two offers, both 3 night weekend stays in August. 1 comes with 2 concert tickets, the other comes with 12k blackjack tournament entry. I played 95% FPDW. My first stay there. Lost about a grand.

Okay, all this may be moot with the recent drastic pullbacks on offers, but you are making a big mistake playing only full pay, and then expecting a lot of comps. If you want to play FP, play only on your spouse's card, or no card at all.

ST has tons of great VP all over the casino. It was actually was kind of fun. ... but we won't be there ....

we played 50c 9/6 JoB @ Stagecoach Bar and it had a 2.5% Theo...thats not bad for a "full pay" game (but it IS sub-100%; although with 7x-10x points, it makes it a slightly +EV play)

My wife and I constantly get offers for three nights (good even on weekends) and $10 F&B every month. We are extreme low rollers. I'll play 4-5 hours/day $5-$10 BJ. She will play 3-4 bingo sessions a day and dump @ $100/day into a slot. We both also get offers for slot & BJ tourney's & cash grabs every few months. We get both mailers and offers on the BConnected website. We have never had contact from a host, but have always been treated well by Kimberly at the check-in desk (including an upgrade to a suite on one visit). We generally go to Vegas 2-3 times per year.

Are you checking the BConnected website for offers or just the mailers? We only get mailers for @ half of the offers on the website. The website offers usually are added in three month blocks about a month prior to the next one due.
