A friend is pushing me to try Ballantine IPA (not "regular" Ballantine)...was wondering if someone who is playing or walking by TAG could scope out if it is available there....I cannot get it around here.

I guess I can wait another 27 days to find out, but, figured someone could whet my appetite ahead of time if it was there (figured this was the most likely spot...)

    thanks in advance...

Doubtful due to timing, but you still have a few weeks. This article says they didn't start releasing it until this month.

    Also

But to add to your request, I just thought of this and really wish I would have thought of this when I was there! Can anyone near there with a good smartphone camera take pictures of the ENTIRE menu???

Could help with future planning slash the one or two beers I swear I drank but don't remember what they were called. :nono:

Bump, so you can prepare. Unfortunately that looks to be a negative. The only Firestone I recognize on the list is Union Jack IPA. Here was the menu Rubos kindly took pics of a few weeks back if you didn't happen to see it.

Awesome selection! Although they really could have just left off Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Those selections are horrid.

So, you can get any of these comped when playing bartop VP? Even the bombers and 750mL ones?

Skip the Texas offerings as they are from the Shiner Brewery and go for approximately $ 5.5 - 6.5 per six pack.....good beers but not worth $ 35. a six pack at all. And we have many good local beers in Texas....hopefully the menu is subject to change as the area grows in popularity.

Unfortunately no bombers I was told. Most of them are over $9 anyway, if you find one sub $9 you could ask. And this menu is a good example of regional distribution. All the really good stuff is from the western US (exception: dogfish head - entire Delaware list). They don't offer any beer from Michigan either, which has some kick ass stuff.
