Hello! I have a pretty good offer from Aria for Nov-Jan. 2016. I was going to stay at Cosmo for the terrace, but this good rate and resort credit are making me think Aria. I've read that the pools are open year round, but I don't have human confirmation. Has anyone used the pool or hot tub in January LOL? Will it be just me and the maintenance guys, or will there be some signs of life? I know it sounds odd but I will be coming from the frozen north, so a mid day hot tub dip might be nice. Thanks in advance everyone - I know someone here will know the what's what.

The hot tub is the pool that's been left out in the sun during the summer.

My sister used the pool deck at Aria last January. She used the hot tub and saw a couple other people at the one pool that was open, but there were not many people total out there

Not sure about January, but this past February it was definately warm enough for some pool time.

The various vegas locals I talked to all commented about how warm it was compared to normal, so YMMV this winter.

The Aria indeed does have a hot tub that you can watch people in from the buffet. Sometimes not the best view while eating.

I believe there are two hot tubs at Aria. I have been at the pool in early Nov and the temps were 73-74 and it was lovely. Bar was open, but no waitresses. so you could walk up and get a drink. must say the hot tubs were more popular than the pool.

Wow good to know everyone, thanks. Sometimes it seems the pools being open is up to the hotel's discretion, but I've noticed Aria advertising that they have at least 1 pool year round. Quite sure I can endure any desert cold snap while jumping in and out of the hot tub! I think I will shoot for Aria - poker room, pool, hot tub, food and beverage credits, and I know my way around. I swore after my last multi-property mess that I was going to stick to 1 property. Here goes nothin!

Good to know they keep 1 pool open year round. I think most properties close their pools right after Halloween.

We're the same (from the frozen north) and we'll be doing the same (enjoying the Aria hot tub in "cold" weather).

They're quite nice (I prefer them to the Bellagio hot tubs), and I bet it'll be a lovely spot to be on a "cool" day in November or whenever you wind up going.
