Contact a host at the casino where you play/stay. Even run it thru Google and see what happens.

It all depends on your level of play. Rooms seem to be the first level comp, followed by some food, then more food. Next up in offers are 2 for 1 Cirq, and then 2 cirq tickets.

If you are at a level of getting rooms, maybe suites you might get tickets, or at least at a level that your host MIGHT be able to comp them. You can of course also use Express Comps for them.

If you are staying at an MGM property and you plan to have significant play, call a host and book the whole thing through him. If you don't have an offer for cirque tickets, the host will tell you if you can get an offer. Even if you don't, have him charge the tickets to your room. I've had cirque tickets comped off of my bill post trip when I outplayed my room offer.

What tier are you at MGM? You can call the players club and purchase them for a steep discount depending on tier. Last time I did it I was Platinum and purchased two tickets to Ka for $89 each (IIRC), these were the best seats in the house as the players club has a block of seats set aside for every show. The list price was $198 each on the tickets. I used my express comps of course. We were in the 9th row dead center, perfect seats.

1 - Free tickets are based on play, not tier.

    2 - Same with 2 for 1.

3 - "O" tickets are difficult to get.

4 - Always charge to room. Host MIGHT be able to comp later. If not, then use Express Comps.

5 - Using your Players Card, you can get a discount.

6 - Visit box office directly, especially if higher tier. Might be able to get better seats than normal.

I just emailed my host at Aria this morning asking for two tickets for opening weekend of Zarkana in November.
He replied this afternoon that he has 2 tickets for me.

You could also try Craigslist. I picked up 3 Love tix about 2 hours before the show for $50 each. According to the ticket they were $200 tickets. Of course there is always risk involved in that but I think this guy was a ticket broker and had no issues with the tickets.

Every offer I've gotten from MGM properties for the last 2+ years has come with at least 2-for-1 tickets to any MGM show.

Ya me too, so I'm wondering how hard of a comp it is versus say food and beverage. Say a show costs $200. Would say $300 of f&b be a easier comp?

We've had several offers that came with comped rooms-Elvis several times and Love. Offer for Dec. came with two tickets to any Cirque show except "O". We chose Zarkana.

Just a note on that one...I had that offer that didn't include O. Wanted to see O anyway. Bought 2 tickets charged to my room. At the end of the trip, one of them was comped off without me doing anything.
