Any Special Poker Tournaments Beginning - Mid August?

    I can't seem to find anything. When we went to Vegas in early July last year there was naturally a lot going on and I played in the Ceasar's MegaStack Series but I'm not seeing anything for the early - mid august timeframe.

    All the WSOP festivals end mid July along with the main event and then it's back to daily MTTs until the next festival.

    Here is a list of the daily tournaments at the better card rooms on the strip, they're all similar buyins to that series too so should give you something to shoot at :)


    Aria

    1pm: $125 $10k chips and a 30 minute clock (Daily)

    7pm: $125 $10k chips and a 30 minute clock (Daily)

    Bellagio

    2pm: $125 10k chips and a 25minute clock (Mon-Thur)

    2pm: $545 10k chips and a 40 minute clock (Fri/Sat)

    2pm: $335 10k chips and a 35 minute clock (Sun)


    Caesars

    9am: $70 3k chips and a 15min clock (Daily)

    12pm: $110 10k chips and a 20 min clock (Daily)

    2pm: $235 15k chips and a 30 min clock (Sat/Sun)

    4pm: $70 3k chips and a 15min clock (Daily)

    7pm: $100 10k chips and a 20 min clock (Daily)

    10pm: $80 7.5k chips and a 20 min clock (Daily)


    Venetian

    12pm: $150 12k chips and a 30 minute clock (Mon-Thurs)

    12pm: $200 12k chips and a 30 minute clock (Sun)

    12pm: $200 12k chips and a 30 minute clock (Fri) Bounty comp $25 pp

    12pm: $300 12k chips and a 30 minute clock (Sat)

    12pm: $500 15k chips and a 40 minute clock (First Saturday of the month only)


    7pm: $120 8k chips and a 20 minute clock (Mon/Wed/Thur/Sat/Sun and 30 Minute levels after 3rd level)

    7pm: $150 10k chips and a 30 minute clock (Tue) Bounty comp $25 pp

    7pm: $300 12k chips and a 20 minute clock (Fri) Survivor tournament* 30 minute levels after 3rd level

    *Tournament ends when there is exactly 10% of the field remaining. All remaining players will be awarded $1600 in casino chips. Any odd monies will be awarded as additional payouts.


    Wynn

    12pm: $140 10k chips and a 30 minute clock (Mon-Fri) - 500 chip bonus if reg by 11am and another 500 if seated by 12pm.

    7pm: $140 10k chips and a 30 minute clock (Thu) - $25 Bounties for each player, 500 chip bonus if reg by 6pm and 500 if seated by 7pm

    12pm: $225 10k chips and a 40 minute clock (Sat) - $25k guaranteed prizepool*

    *Unlimited $200 re-buys during the registration period (10,000 in chips.) Players must have 5,000 in chips or less to re-buy. One optional $100 add-on for T5000 chips. Player may add-on at any time during the registration period. 45 minute dinner break after level 9.

    12pm: $200 10k chips and a 30 minute clock (Sun) - $10k guaranteed prizepool*

    *One time optional $100 add on for T5000 chips. T500 chip bonus if registered by 11:00 AM and T500 chip bonus if player is seated by 12:00 PM

    I don't believe there are any "special" tourneys at that time

    But you can play tourneys every day of the week in Vegas...
    I like allvegaspoker.com. My fav is Aria. Not sure why I have't tried Bellagio 2PM! Do add Wynn's selection to Marky's list!

    The aria 125 imo is the best tournament at that price range for the money.
