I want to treat my wife to some spa time. Can any one recommend one on the Strip? We are staying at the Mirage.
    Thx

There are a lot of threads on this subject. IMO, the Mirage is decent. nothing wrong with it, but nothing special either. Personally, the Spa at Aria is my favorite on the Strip. Great amenities

Not sure if you do My Vegas, but the spa at Vdara was nice and get a decent upgrade with my vegas. Unfortunately I cannot report on the woman's locker room... :evillaugh

Unless I want to save money by going to a non-hotel spa off-Strip, I use the spa in my hotel - because when I'm done, I want a nap and I don't want to have to get back to my room.

Check groupon, travelzoo, and hotel/casino facebook pages for spa discounts.

Take it from a woman who's been to most of them - In this order:
    1. Encore
    2. Mandarin (MO)
    3. Aria

Or if you really want to be a good hubby you can pick one every day and get a "day pass" which will give her all day access to the spa facility (steam room, jaccuzzi, experience rooms, etc) without getting a treatment - cost for the day pass depends on the spa and whether or not you are staying at the hotel - usually anywhere from $40-$80.
You can also go to the spa and ask for a tour (or she can) to see if she likes it first before you invest in a treatment or day pass. I've done this at a few spas and walked out thankful that I didn't bother because the facilities were gross or dated.

    Good Luck!

Mrs. Hutz used the Mirage Spa for a massage and such on our last trip.

said it wasn't too bad, but wasn't really anything special, and maybe wasn't really worth the money.

Qua spa has been a winner for us. Both my wife and I enjoy this place. Not sure how the bankruptcy is impacting CET
