Wondering if anyone is aware of any playable $1 Video Poker at Flamingo. Specifically looking for Bonus Deluxe or DDB.

VPfree2 doesn't show shit over there. Looking for anything 97.5% or better so not tooooo picky but don't wanna get 6/5'd either.

    Thanks!

BP Deluxe...hahaha...no. I'm not sure they have BP Deluxe outside of the bartops, which are pathetic 6/5 at the quarter level at least. Best bartop game for Flamingo bars (and all CET bars to my knowledge) at the quarter level is 7/5 Triple Bonus Plus (generally plays similar to DDB strategy wise; but you break deuces thru fours full as well as aces full - 97.67% max payback)

    Exact strategy for 7/5 TB+:

As you already noted, the best games that flamingo offers are 9/5 JoB for dollars, and 7/5 Bonus. Actually the best, best game they offer may be 7/5 Bonus with Quick Quads in the high limit room which I noticed last trip, but that will cost you $18/round (dollar 3-play) and having to bother to learn Quick Quad strategy; it's a fun game though, imo.

7/5 Bonus with Quick Quads strategy:

I am not sure if Flamingo has any units that offer 9/5 DDB (97.87%), obviously they won't offer 9/6 DDB. But I would check to see if the units that VPFree say have 9/5 JoB also have 9/5 DDB. A lot of times, better games seem to be grouped on the same multigame machine. Otherwise check game kings, all star pokers, and the like on the floor for dollars, obviously. 9/5 DDB definitely could exist there for dollars, but I have never noticed it since I am a super low roller. I'm pretty sure it's 8/5 DDB for all bartops regardless of denomination and 8/5 DDB or 7/5 DDB is the standard setup for quarters there at least on the gaming floor. Worst case scenario, there is always 7/5 Triple "Boner" Plus...lol

And if you like craft type of beers, they have Sin City Brew Co. at Flamingo that is off the main gaming floor, but still has game kings to get your beers comped with.

Check vpFREE2 for locations there may still be some playable bar tops at the Casino Royale but the casinos have been downgrading their VP at such a pace it's hard for the moderators to keep up. After all they don't pay those people it's a labor of love and they do it as a courtesy to the rest of us VP junkies.

The $1 progressives at Flamingo near Bugsy's have DDBP 9/6. I am looking at pics on my Iphone as we speak. I cannot speak to Boner Deluxe but if the DDBP is 9/6 the BD has to have a decent pay table as well. Flamingo was one of the few casinos I made money at last year after I looked at my W/L statement. And it was because of that exact bank of machines and 2-3 incredible runs of quads.

All the Boner Deluxe BT’s I saw 2 weeks ago at Flamingo were 6-5 from $.25 thru $1.00
Good luck and let us know if you find any BT’s in there worthy of even playing.

Well, if that's the case, people at VPFree have been slacking, and I'm a bit disappointed in myself for missing it, even though I didn't really look at many dollar games except some quick high limit room glances. No CET property has 9/6 DDB listed in VPFree2, so I'm a bit shocked. And this isn't Double Bonus, right?

    9/6/5 Double Bonus (97.81%) and/or 9/6/4 Double Bonus (96.38%: CET bartop payout)
    CET: "Ahhhhhhh..."

    vs.

    9/6/4 Double Double Bonus (98.98%)
    CET: "It burns, it burns!!!!"

Yeah VPFree says they still have 8/5 Bonus (25c+) or 9/7/5 Double Bonus (50c+) at the bartops, but those games may be too boring for BeeeJay. But it's possible they have 8/6 Boner Poker Deluxe. Probably worth checking out, I often play 98.91% Deuces there for nickels in that dump. I'm guessing the Flamingo question was for the comp game/convenience though? Otherwise there are better places to play.

just to clarify, I'm looking for recent actual experience, I can read and am able to access VPFree2 myself, but realize its not often up-to-date lately with the fast pace of VP change on the strip.

9/6 $1 DDB Progressive is the end of the conversation, I'll be playing that the entire time if its available! Thanks Gaggles!

I hope that it's there for you, but CET in Vegas is notorious for harsh video poker unless it's $25/hand. If it's there, it definitely will be your best play, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was only a Double Bonus machine. Those kickers make a huge difference in the payout.
