I will be with a Vegas Virgin couple next month. Like most of you junkies over the years I have signed up for a players card at 99% of casinos. So with that I am not up to date on who gives what for new players signup. I remember getting a gold medallion at Ceasars, a deck of cards in a silver case at 4-Queens, free play at Cosmo (and on the second deal of VP hit 4oak-then hit cash out and have never been back). Please list any casino and what perks/mementos do they give out for new players club signups. When visiting with friends next month I would like for them to be able to pick up a few perks. I'm sure there are a lot of newbys out there who would be interested in the best places to sign up to get a freeby! So lets see if we can get all/most of the casinos listed and what they give new players who signup.

I am a Vegas junkie, but do not keep track of this sort of stuff. Just seems like a pain in the butt to deal with. I know others do. I think I have seen some posts about latest offers or something like that.

    Recent ones that I recall . . . .
    -----------------------------

Ellis Island gives $10 free play (and maybe some coupons).

    CET gives $5 free play.

BOYD gives some crappy makeup mirror or a pack of cards or something.

Cosmo had the $100 loss reimbursement (in form of free play) thing.

Tropicana has a similar thing up to $200, but it's kind of confusing how it works, so ask someone that works there to explain it (it still might not make sense)

The Tropicana players club has a "First $200 is On Us".

As I recall, if your slot loss is up to $200 on your first day, then they will give you that in free play. The first 50% the same day and the rest 30 days later.

You have to remember to go to the players desk before the end of your first day (I think it might actually be 3am the next day) otherwise you don't qualify. There were a few disappointed people there when I was there as they had waited until the next day to claim their free-play and it wasn't an option.

Oh yes - And I also got to use the Comso offer (not my winningest trip start). Their offer is "Up to $100 loss rebate available first day of loss".
They also were giving out little wotnots for cleaning the screen on your smart phone on sign-up.

For the free-play, you get the whole $100 that day. You have to put $100 in a machine and as you play it deducts the stake from the freeplay credit. Once you have put $100 through you can cash out your original $100 and winnings..... or not....
