What's the scoop on this "resort"? I have a meeting there in a few weeks for work...thanks for the input!

I've only been there for a reception once.

The place has a reputation of being a low-visibility hide-away for celebrities who want to lay low and not get the attention of the Strip.

    I do know that it's entirely non-gaming.

It's not a gaming venue, just a place to for business type people to stay and it serves that purpose well.

I last stayed there about 20 years ago while traveling with 3 or 4 non-gaming / non-fun people that I'll refer to as business associates. Being the degenerate that I am, I walked over to Bally's and partied on the strip until 4 am, but I was up and at em for our 7 am ride over to the business center. Work hard, play hard.

Well, stayed my one night here for a work meeting...it was exactly as advertised - dated, right in the flight landing path, but relatively sedate. The staff was very nice and helpful. I received a deluxe king suite w/ walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Two tvs - one tube and one flat screen. The carpet had ridges in it from being stretched through wear. I'd give the room 2 of 4 stars.

I'll be back in two days...Cosmo and the Mirage await!
