Long time no post...but I am back in Vegas for March Madness and cannot wait.

I made a reservation for a comped Flamingo Go room a while back. At the time, I did not have any freeplay or resort credit offers for that weekend so I just took the comped room.

However, I checked my TR offers off the site just for fun and saw that I had a few offers for that weekend. I gave my "executive host" (or whatever they are called nowadays) a call. She said she added to my reservation $75 in food credit and $75 in freeplay (aka Reel Rewards) and that I just need to swipe my card at the TR desk and the offer will activate.

However, I do not have any documentation (e.g. a mailer or a confirmation code) for this specific offer. It was just added to my reservation. Really do not want to run into any problems with it.

Is this legit? Has anyone had any problems with this kind of offer with no documentation in the past?

I have been seeing less and less need for actual paper coupon. Hard to say. If these just showed up online, you will probably get a mailer soon. It will say specifically if you have to present the coupon.

This weekend I'm hoping to get my $500 in free play that was promised to me and all I have to do (supposedly) is go to the Paris cashier and they will swipe my card and give it to me... Whole thing sounds sketchy and I am preparing myself mentally to have problems (especially since my room reservation was changed from Caesars to Paris along the way).

I have no documentation either other than an email from a "host" (casino sales executive).

I will let you know how it goes!
