I wouldn't watch Adam Sandler if I were paid.

 

Never seen Schneider, but I have seen Sandler and Macdonald perform stand up in the past and they were both very good. Sounds like a fun show

Is there a code for the pre sale you could share? When does it start?

 

Pre sale was Thursday, email said on sale started Friday at 10 am. I thought of buying presale but decided not to. You shouldn't need a password anymore.

 

Yeah, their movies have been increasingly atrocious over the years, but they're all funny people who do reasonably good standup.

 

Yeah, standup is a whole different animal from movies. Best example I can think of is Chris Rock. One of the best stand up comedians of all time. But outside of maybe CB4, I don't think he has had the starring role in any really funny movies. Could say the same about Richard Pryor too

 

Hell, Eddie Murphy's old standup was some of the best ("ICE CREEEAAAAMMM!"), but his movies, especially the more recent ones, are mostly trash. At least George Carlin always stuck to minor roles that I mostly found charming.

 

Pooky has now become a voice actor...and I agree, his standup is hilarious!

 

A few years ago I saw Kevin Nealon Dana Carvey & Dennis Miller preform in Foxwoods in CT.
Carvey was the best of the 3.

 

Yeah, but his older films are fantastic: Trading Places, Coming to America, Beverly Hills Cop, 48 Hours. Even the Golden Child had its moment (I, I, I want the knife). Wish he still did stand up. At least we have Delirious and Raw to watch

 

I love Norm! I just look at him and i start to laugh! Hope to see him one day!
