Is anyone familiar with a cab or limo company who can transport a person in a small power wheel chair? We are trying to limit the number of transfers from the chair.

Accessible cabs are reasonably easy to get at the airport or major hotels. Almost all taxi companies in LV have some accessible cabs. Service varies by company and by driver. If you find a driver you like get their card and their hours. We have had good results with VEGAS WESTERN CAB 702.888.4888. To travel the Strip or to Downtown you can use the SDX. If you need to rent a van we have had good results with Better Life Mobility. 702.876.9606. Have fun.

Like he said, get their card. I am in a wc and sometimes the wait can get long, especially downtown. This time I am going to rent a cart with hand controls. Put all of the cab companies numbers in your cell, and call every one.

It can be done, but the wait can be long for the *Handy-Van*.
