I worked with a guy back in England for a number of years. A true beer nut (very active member of CAMRA - the real ale group) and big into his ciders and perrys. He was a good laugh, never took anything seriously (apart from his kids) and was always up for a beer after work. He passed away suddenly a couple of months ago at the way too young age of 63. This weekend was the Rochford beer festival (where he lived) and a few friends of mine from London went to the festival in his honour. this is what they found all paid for by Camra and the beer notes that everyone gets on the way in had a tribute and eulogy at the very beginning for him. I can't think of a more appropriate gesture. RIP Ray. where ever you are may the beer be the perfect temperature!
