For this trip review, I'm going to summarize it with minimal detail. I got back this morning so I'm kind of lazy to write a detailed TR. If you want details, let me know. I stayed at MGM with my friend. This allowed me to use a hit and run strategy. Gambling I started playing HL slots at CP. I hit a $25 machine for $500 and a $100 machine for $500 within 20 min. I should have stopped. I got too greedy and ended up losing my winnings plus 1k out of my pocket playing the $25-100 slots. I do like the VP at CP where they have the double or nothing after a win. I noticed many casinos do not have this option. I used a hit and run strategy (playing baccarat) focusing on Wynn and V/P. It worked. I would buy in for 2-3 k and play $300-500 per hand. Once I got up 50-200% of my buy-in, I left. I did this 5 times without a loosing session. I played less than 1 shoe per session. Most sessions were 1/2-1 shoe. Quick and fast. It was nice since I was staying with my friend and didn't have to keep a host happy. I got up 8k using this strategy. I made an easy 1k on the Mayweather fight. As usual, I did not give Mlife any action. Shopping Okay, I'm not sure what really happened, but decided to go on a mini shopping spree. I was really drunk when I did this. I was stumbling and laughing in the stores walking around with my XO and Heineken They didn't let me carry my drinks in the store. They gave it back to me when I left; they were worried I was going to spill it on merchandise. They were really friendly. I spent ~4k on random crap. Damn I'm glad I don't have a girlfriend/wife at the moment; I would have came home with no money. Observations I decided to check out CET properties this trip. First was PH. It was packed, very lively and loud with a younger crowd similar to Cosmo. I really liked the pleasure pits. Hot girls. Only 1 bac table was active when I was there for 30 min in the HL room with many young players. Next was Paris. I forgot how weird this casino was. The ceiling was like the sky (blue with clouds). The feeling in this casino was strange. It is very difficult for me to describe. Only 1 bac table was active in the HL room with several South American players. The shoe was amazing. It streaked banker and player 6+ times over and over when I saw the line. Damn I was 30 min too late and the table was totally packed and full. Next casino was Flamingo. The vibe at this casino was lively and much better than Paris. I liked it, but it was just a little too pink for me. Harrahs was an interesting casino also; I liked it. Much better vibe than Excalibur and Luxor. Palazzo did indeed have $25 midi and $15 mini outside the HL room. I remember there was a thread where some member (can't remember name) on this board said he observed that also. I can back him up. I was shocked because it was Sat. night after the fight. The baccarat at V/P was lively in the HL room. The tables on the main floor were kind of dead. I really like the dealers and pit bosses at V/P. They are very nice. One pit boss was funny as hell. There was this girl playing with us who was cursed. We loss every hand she bet with us. After she left, the pit boss kept asking where my girlfriend was. We were cracking jokes. It was a good time. The Wynn was good as always. The pit bosses and dealers were stellar. I may have to return here soon. My problem is that they don't offer promo chips. Is it just me or are the CW at CP a little old and not so hot. However, they were very nice with great drink service. The Wynn and Cosmo have the hottest CW, IMO. Rating It's nice to say I really don't know. I didn't ask since it doesn't matter. I'm guessing it was ~$400 per hand for 3-4 hours if you combine all my hit and runs. Went home with ~5k win after my mini shopping spree. Not bad. Slowly recouping my losses from Cosmo. Can't wait for my next trip in Oct. Meeting up with bronco. Sorry for the boring TR. Nothing too exciting to report.
