Is there confirmation(recently) that if you purchase a chip package you can redeem a 4th reward? If so how much do you have to buy and how long before the "4th" reward becomes available?

So far I have two free Bellagio dinner buffets, two free Aria dinner buffets, and 2 nights at NYNY. I was thinking of the two premium tickets to Zarkana and then two tickets to Love which would use two rewards. I've seen Love but my wife wants to see it, I figure if it's free what does it matter.

There is no set "spend x amount of dollars to get the 4th reward" rule.

It depends on a lot of factors (which the PlayStudios people refuse to specify).

Some people get the 4th after spending around $50. Some people have to spend over $100.

I'll second that there is no real 'set' amount.

when I first started playing, which I guess was a few years ago now, I bought $20 worth of chips.
about a year in, they instituted the '3-in-30' limit, but grandfathered in all of the rewards that had already been bought for any upcoming trip but not redeemed could all be used, regardless of how many.

when I opened the game up again about 6 months ago, and looked at some of the rewards, it said I had a limit of 4. So I don't really think that there's a set amount to buy.
and in all honesty, regarding the rewards that are available, I don't really think its worth it to spend that money anyways

So if you are making your one trip ever to Vegas wouldn't a $50 chip purchase be worth 2 tickets to Ka or Zarkana? I'd take that deal if guaranteed

maybe, but as said before, there seems to be no specified amount to get a 4th redemption.

If you spend $50 and don't get one (and in all honesty, that's a very real possibility), then you've wasted $50.
I'd rather put it towards a ticket for a show if I really wanted to see one

I spent $50 and got the fourth reward going forward (did it a while back). Now that we go to Vegas 2-3 times a year I don't always need four rewards.

How many of you have spent $50 and not gotten the fourth reward?

I've spent a few hundred over the years (maybe $300 or $400 I'd say) and have 6 rewards. Unfortunately there hasn't been 6 I've wanted for a while.

Last time I got the breakfast and dinner buffet, and $50 free play at MGM. Still have almost 1.3 million LPs left...

Forgive my ignorance, but can you tell me where it read that you had a limit of 4 rewards? I am looking around in the rewards area, my purchases, etc. and I don't see anything about how many I have. I'm sure I'm in the low rollin' 3 reward club, but just in case I entertain a purchase in the future...

click on any hotel reward and then click on 'Next' at the bottom of the screen. Under 'Purchase and Usage Limitations' it should tell you what your redemption limit is

Here is my situation with multiple awards, please tell me if you've had the same experience.

I've spent exactly $0 playing MyVegas, but have redeemed 18 awards over 3 trips. I have never been denied, or told (you've redeemed too many). Now, if I were booking rooms on the phone, I would be denied on the phone, but I mean in person buffet passes, and such. Have any of you been "shot down" at the actual MLife desk?

How many rewards are stated that you are allowed to use? Are the 18 all rewards that fall in the */30days requirement?

I haven't been shot down, but I have been "warned" that this will be the last reward I can redeem for 30 days :nono:. I think I had some rewards that were not marked as redeemed, so it looked like I had purchased more than 3 for the trip. At the time I didn't know why he was telling me this cuz I had only purchased 3.

I redeemed 3 at once at MGM and the mlife lady said I had 3 left available for my trip so they do have access to it there when redeeming. I'm sure it probably depends on who you get.
