    Hey gang..
I have $30 a night as a per diem to spend on dinner. Where can I get the most bang for my buck? I'm not looking to spend 15 bucks either, I want to use up every cent ;). Also, does anyone know of a buffet on the strip (no car) that has unlimited wine/beer?
    Ready...go!

Not sure about the price, but Mirage has beer and wine. They even have Goose Island IPA as a choice.

Mandalay Bay's buffet price includes unlimited beer, wine, and champagne. But you may exceed your per diem slightly (not by much).

I've had it the last two trips and we've enjoyed it.

Assuming you cannot use the per diem for booze, The Henry at Cosmo as really good food.

Also ChinaPoblano at Cosmo, you could probably get a few small plates for that price.

A good burger and side order of the tasty jalapeno poppers at BurGR in PH will run you $25 (TR price).

Yep all you can drink for 11.99

If you don't mind kicking in a few bucks look at Area's buffet. It's supposed to be really good. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a sit down with all you can drink. So find somewhere cheaper and get 4 or 5.
