It doesn't really specify but can you use this $25 toward drinks and appetizers and not really a regular meal?

I'm 99% sure you can use it on drinks and appetizers as well as regular food. WIfe and I both had the $25 credit last year, the waitress was very familir with it (we got food).
Seems like someone posted recently about using it for drinks.

Yes, both DH and I used one each for dinner/drinks during the Music/Dance. You didn't ask, but I did NOT enjoy myself at all. The service was good, drinks good, accepted both $25 MyVegas Awards without hesitation, but the Music LOUD - couldn't hear anything else, certainly couldn't hold a conversation - and the food not good - my Pot Pie Crust was VERY doughy - undercooked - and the Chicken was too chewy that I thought I may choke on it - picked at my dinner instead of enjoying it. That being said, my reservation was for 9:15PM and maybe had I gone prior to the Music, my experience may have been better?
