I just combed over my mLife statements starting in 2013 (when I first started going) and noticed I ended up down in 2013 and 2014 but actually finished up in 2015. $127 up, but hey I'll take it.

Except for major jackpot winners, we're all gonna be losers in the long run but I was wondering how often do y'all have winning years?

The mLife figures are interesting too because I can see the degeneracy take over. 2013 had about 2k coin in. 2014 had about 10k coin in. 2015...um, $125k coin in. Really lucky that I essentially broke even in 2015.

Here's to 2016 and hopefully another win!

2008 and 2009 were both winning years for me, but 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 and 2015 were all losing years. 2008 was my first year really gambling as well. I Think those 2 winning years are what got me into gambling, if I had lost in the start I would never have gotten the bug to keep comming back

2015 was the first year I was ahead and it was somewhere in the amount of $4,500.

It helped that in January of 2015 I hit a jackpot for $15,184 and ended the year in December with a hand pay of $4,880.

2015 was my first winning year as well, both for Vegas and overall (includes locals)

I had four Vegas trips and two were winning (one small win, one a very good win), the two losers were one small loser and one middle of the road loser.

I would say that 80% of trips to my locals were winners. I attribute this to better bankroll management and being better about stopping when ahead

    MGM coin-in:
    2011: $4,525 (in College)
2012: $15,155 (Graduated in May, got a good job)
    2013: $26,360
    2014: $24,036
    2015: $25,139

Interesting that my coin-in has been about the same for the past three years even though I doubled my daily bankroll each year

I finished up about $1500 for 2015, around $500 for 2014, and down a whopping $7.50 for 2013. That's as far back as my records go. I've done pretty well for all the hours I've spent and fun I've had.
