I received 3 nights complimentary and $200 food credit at MB. I usually charge everything to my room. I like to eat at other MLife restaurants. Can I use this $200 food credit even though I did not eat at any MB restaurants?

Yeah, you can use it at any restaurant at any MGM property as long as you bill it to your room. The credit gets applied to any food/beverage charges on your hotel bill. Also charge any dining charges above the credit to your room as well, you never know what they'll take off later. If you pay cash you may be leaving comps on the table.

That is a big assumption. Others have come here and said it takes extra effort by the host to comp OFF PROPERTY charges. Keep in mind that each casino offers you a goodie with hopes that you will gamble and eat there.

    I would double check.

Really though... $200 over 3 days... that would be pretty easy to spend at MB. Even with eating elsewhere.

Really? My food/bev credit has always applied to any MGM property restaurant with or without a host in the picture. I guess there are different types of f&b credit. Apologies to the OP, its not as clear cut as I thought.

I was told in the past it was good only in the host hotel. Maybe that was wrong.

But, you can charge from any MGM restaurant back to room for Express Comps.

Rest assured, you get $200 food credit. As long as you charge it back to your room. No matter the location. Never use express comps to eat unless you don't intend to get them comped. It is hard or near impossible for the host to comp anything you used express comps on during the trip. Express comps can always be used at the end to remove any charges your host can't or won't remove.
