I'm heading to the hard rock tomorrow morning for 4 days and have a Mountain view Casino tower. If I throw out a $20 tip when checking in what are my chances of geting flipped over to pool view??

Upgrades are harder to come by there when checking in on a weekend, but worth a shot. Depends which tower too. The casino tower pool view rooms are pretty popular because they have the french doors that open up.

I think you chances are real good considering there is no major concert at the Joint during your stay. Unless you consider DJ Pauly D playing at the Vanity Saturday and Rehab Sunday Major. I suggest loading up on Restaurant.com for Johnny Smalls, Pink Taco, Mr. Luckys, 35 Steaks & Martinis and one of my favorites is across the street is Addiction @ Rumor Boutique Hotel. Also check out Kiss Mini Golf right next to the Rumor.

Only problem w/ the busy theme, is that we're in town for the supercross race out at Sam Boyd Stadium, and the Hard Rock is the official supercross resort for the weekend. I'm guessing that will fill it up quite a bit.
