Here is where I am trip wise:
1st night at booked at Luxor, Comp from MyVegas
2nd night: THIS IS WHERE THE ADVICE COMES IN
3rD night is Comp at Mirage via My Vegas

I have to decide which one of these I am spending the middle night at. Either way I have to pay.

I am doing my last night down on Fremont Street. It will be a four night 3 hotel trip.

Ouch, I agree, spending 1 night per hotel is insane. Due to free rooms, a couple trips ago I spent: 2 nights at Luxor, 1 night at Mirage, 2 nights at Aria, and 4 nights at NYNY. While the NYNY room was pretty disappointing after a corner suite at Aria, it was a welcome relief to know we wouldn't have to check in/out again. (I'll admit, a big part of the problem of checking in/out was that we had to pack/unpack 10 days' worth of clothes each time). It was fun at times, but very tiring. If possible, I'd say see if you can get the 1st night at mirage, or 3rd night at Luxor and pay to stay in the same hotel, it will make your trip much more enjoyable.

You also have to consider that check-out is generally hours before check-in (unless you get lucky with late check-out and early check-in), you may be out of a place to stay for several hours.

I prefer to location of luxor much more, however parking is a bit more of a pain there. However, Mirage's parking lot is ridiculously far from the guest elevators, whereas Luxor's is relatively close to the east/west tower elevators.

Okay, you need to review a few more details.

go to Luxor and Mirage websites. Check room night rates for both sides of your "deal". That might make your decision(s) much easier. Room rates move up and down daily due to supply and demand.

If the price is sky-high, you can count on a LATE checkin as the place is full and CLEAN rooms are hard to come by.

That middle should of course be Luxor or Mirage.

This is a trip where a car will make lots of sense.

Moving to new hotel, save cab fare.
If room is not ready, no big deal. Leave bags in car and get them later. Go enjoy Vegas. If you are then parked at the hotel you will spend the night, drink all you want.

BUT - you need to check on room rates, which are directly related to how busy they are.

    More details:

I wont have a car, I am thinking of getting a bus pass, I have used the bus before to get around and have no issues using it. I may just book 2 nights Luxor, 2 night Mirage and visit downtown instead of staying, I don't know. I never thought I would stay at the mirage. I really wanted to stay at Aria but looking at my average LPs the way they have been, I did not think it would be possible.

I Wanna, are you using the mobile app along with the PC version? It's a good way to maximize your LP earning. Not much but it can be worth a few hundred LP's per day.

i would do that rather than moving downtown. We have 4 hotels for an 8 night trip and that is a lot of moving too, but we do not unpack.

1 night NYNY, then off to GC and flagstaff so 2 nights there, then 3 nights one place and 2 nights Tropicana. I will be taking our stuff over to trop and make sure my room requests are noted and leave our stuff with them and do whatever and come back to check in later.

Well, Luxor is gonna be cheaper, most likely. Log in and check your Mlife rate for Mirage and Luxor and see what you wanna do!
