We have 16 people that are all flying into the airport at the same time and going to the same hotel (Gold Coast). We will also be leaving at the same time in a few days to go back to the airport.

Who/How do you recommend we do this? Cabs? Lyfts? We would like to all be together.... :-(

$240 round trip. There are other companies like Bell and AWG Ambassador but they are all priced pretty close to the same.

The words herding cats comes to mind but a limo would be your best choice.

Call this driver, he is a professional driver with access to a shuttle bus and or limos. 1-844-LIMO-VIP.

My sister used him for moving a herd of people to a wedding chapel and back, and he is a straight shooter who drives a small bus. (and licensed chauffeur), who is flexible, and has lots of connections for different vehicles to transport. This would be a simple task for him (depending on the arrival/departure time), and may be a better rate than getting a limo

His pricing is customized to meet your needs, and budget. Give him a call.

He offers his service on Craigslist and all over vegas as well, but he is not a sham, and will give you referral, if he is booked.

Cab fare (no tunnel) to Gold Coast is about $20, including a tip. 4 cabs would run you about $80...$100 tops.
Three 'town-car' limos, 6 in each, would run you $180 + tip...so figure $200 even.
Commandeering an airport shuttle would run you $160 ($10 each), + tip, so figure $180.

I would also suggest calling the Gold Coast to see if they might consider sending one of their shuttle-buses to get everyone...the worst that can happen is they say "no"... worth a call.

Seems like forever from now, but the flights are booked, so it counts!
