Just wondering if anyone noticed this change:

"A $15 plus tax processing fee will apply for complimentary room reservations booked by phone."

How long has this fee been part of the terms & conditions?

Thanks for all the great info in previous posts!

I think that is new, and very disappointing. So, a free room turns into a $48.50 room, plus tax, when you include the resort fee, and you can only snag one Mlife room a visit. And, the better properties don't seem to offer rooms anymore. I love this program but the rooms seem to be too much of a hassle at this point, for me anyway.

You can book your room online, so you're still only paying the resort fee.

you get email to book online. if there is a problem, you can call for no charge. Again, people not understanding the new system. Same with shows. If booking 2 seats and not together, you can call, free, to get them put together
