Sunday night after watching the World Series while playing some bartop VP (hit $1600 quad deuces w/kicker), I hit up the Super Triple Play machines. Initially playing $2 level with little luck, so on a whim changed to $5/3-Play DDB at a steep $90/spin. Glad I did as shortly thereafter I was dealt a straight flush. Since this game pays 700 units for a straight flush rather than 250, it came out to $3500 per hand x 3 for a whopping $10,500 jackpot. It took about 25 minutes to get paid. After machine was unlocked, I switched to $2/10-play and about 5 minutes in drew a Royal for $8000! Quite a sequence of events, to say the least!
