I know Facebook will only allow you to play myVegas on the same account in one tab or browser window.

However if you use a different browser for a different Facebook account (I'm trying to play on my boyfriends as well while I'm at work) does it let you?

For me, it says Flash Player needs to be installed (even if I use many different browsers) even though it's working fine on my account in another browser.

I was never able too, I can have the second open and collect chips. But if I try playing it shuts one down.

Yeah mine won't even let me collect chips, it just won't load the game.

    Maybe it's a Linux thing.

you can use another Browser and login to facebook and play both at the same time.

use Internet Explorer and Google Chome or Mozilla firefox on the other.

Yeah I tried re-installing it and everything. It must have to do with Linux.

I can vouch for the fact that it will indeed work on Windows 7. Separate browsers are seen as separate computers. You could have three different games going for example if you had Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. Be careful though. the FB/MyVegas Police/Do-Gooders will be along shortly to point out how its a violation of the terms of service to play anybody else's account other than your own. I got quite an earful once when I accidentally mentioned playing my wifes account for her.

What happens if you only run the browser that says that flash isn't installed? I would test both accounts in both browsers to see what happens, but I think you maybe right about Linux causing the issue.

I just confirmed that I'm having the same issue on Windows 7. Anyone know what's up?

Tried that too and now it's only working in the original browser. So I installed all my updates and now my chrome browser - the only one it was working on - won't even open. I'm so ticked off.

    This is a BAAAAAD idea.

If any of the PlayStudios people notice two accounts playing at the same time on the same IP address, they will nuke both accounts and prohibit them from redeeming rewards.

Wouldn't two computers from the same home (wifi) or office network have the same IP address? There would have to be thousands of instances of people with the same IP address playing separately on different machines.

4 accounts at the same time...

    Internet Explorer
    Firefox
    Chrome
    Chrome incognito (ctrl + shift + t)

Great for either running other accounts for significant other, friend, etc. or making secondary "junk" account for fun or to give to a friend for your next trip.

Don't worry about the IP address...you could both playing at the same time on the same network as Tree said above.

    No. Not at all.

An IP address is unique to each computer/phone/device that accesses the internet.

What they look for is two MyVegas accounts that are on the same IP address and playing at the same time. That's how they know one person is playing on two accounts.

I've seen people in the Facebook groups whine about how they can't redeem rewards anymore because they got caught "playing for their husband's account" and the PS people are basically like, "too bad."

Network has nothing to do with a computer's IP address. Two computers on the same network will have different IP addresses.
