I have a very unusual problem when trying to book a room through the rate calendar. I am logged in and can see the rates on the monthly rate calendar; however, when I click on a particular day the rate is different in the pop up menu and the next 2-3 days are also different. For example my rate calendar shows fri, 12/12, and sat 12/13 at $63 per night and Monday 12/14 comped, for a total of $126.. When I click on 12/12 to book the three nights, it reflects average 1st night of $47, average 2 nights at $78 and average 3 nights of $67, for a total of $201 for the three nights. Anyone else experience this problem.

It almost seems like the rate calander reflects the rate for my total rewards play, but when I click on the night it automatically is giving me the rates for some promotional code I did not choose.

    Please help!

    Yes it's a common problem.

If you use the "exact dates" and select the hotel/room that way, it should reflect the lower calendar rate.

If that doesn't work, I'd give them a call to book the room and tell them the rates you see on your calendar.

when putting in exact date, it applies a summer promotional semi-annual sale promotion despite the fact that I did not enter any promo codes

I occasionally have problems with the new TR front end interface, unfortunately especially when I am traveling and on my old laptop. I am guessing it could be a matter of browser security settings, old software and the new CET front end not recognizing when you are logged in.

Write down the best price you see, then call. Just tell them you get different prices on the website during the same log in session. I've always found the CET reps will sort it out and won't charge you extra for booking manually. Be patient though.

I'm also having this issue. And I believe it is the new interface. I'll select comp nights using the rate calendar, and when I go to see 'total trip price' (including my resort fees woohoo), I get the lowest rate to book for each night. I also believe it is redirecting me to a CET promo event and giving me the rate with a discount. I've tried multiple ways to attempt a booking... Using all calendar, individual casino/hotels, refreshing my cache/cookies to reboot, etc etc. I'm certain reservations and CET has to be aware of this issue with customers calling in. I'm also curious about those that give up comp nights when checking out and settling for the newest given rate. A way for CET to get out of debt??? Hmmm

Who else is having the problem here?

I've sporadically had that problem this year (4 trips with CZR's properties so far). I usually prefer to book myself online. When this has happened, which is probably twice so far, I've called up reservations and booked manually with them. They've never questioned when I tell them I see $0 in the rate calendar but it gives me a higher rate when I click through. I'm guessing they can either access my account and see it as well or it's a bigger problem and they're fine with creating the extra work for their employees to have to manually deal with the issue rather than fixing it.

I've noticed that the comp rooms that I am offered are not as good as a month ago. The selection of comped rooms is now smaller. A month ago I would see all room types offered as well as some suites. My play has not gone down(in terms of theo).
Also, I prefer the look of the old site.
