I am headed to Vegas tomorrow and coming in on Southwest. Looking for how to meet my friend at his terminal, Virgin in the newest Terminal 3. Nothing online seems to help. Can I just meet him at baggage claim or something?

He told me I have to take a cab, but what a b*tch that would be... I may just meet him at the hotel? I arrive 25 min before him and have no checked bags, so walking wouldn't be an issue, if I can make it there??

Sorry, getting over a head cold at the moment, sucks cause I am doing a flight tomorrow.

Terminal 3 looks like a totally separate terminal with nothing really connecting it on google maps. I want to be able to walk to the virgin terminal if possible...

    Inter-terminal shuttle.

You could also take the car rental bus to the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center from terminal 1, then get on the bus to go to terminal 3. but the inter-terminal shuttle would be the fastest way to go.
