SLS Las Vegas to have a buffet that offers cocktails.

    Every restaurant and other non-gambling aspect of SLS looks great so far. This is one opening I'm not going to miss.

    Mediterranean, Japanese, Seafood, and Wood-Grilled cuisine on the buffet. Finally, someone in the Vegas buffet world willing to step up from the traditional Mexican, Italian, BBQ and Chinese.
    Did anyone else notice that this buffet is closed for lunch. Really, there's nothing wrong with running the breakfast until noon, re-tooling and starting back up with dinner at 5:00 pm.

    Ohhhh I hope their Monkey Bar isn't a spinoff of the NYC location. That place is bad luck for me.

    But Peking duck at the buffet definitely has my attention.

    I'm not sure why cocktails are news. Most buffets have a bar offering cocktails. If a cocktail is part of the buffet cost, that would be exciting news.

    It would be unexciting for us non drinkers paying for something we don't consume.
