Buffets with Mimosa/Champagne included in the base price

Last time we visited TI Buffet and the MGM Buffet over the weekend and was surprised that they had Mimosas/Champagne included in the base price.
Our next visit is during the week (SO evening - Thursday).
Which Buffets on the strip have Mimosas/Champagne included in the base price during the week?
Breakfast/Lunch

 

I've only ever seen the mimosa/sparkling wine on the weekends brunch.

Some buffets have wine/beer included for dinner during the week (M, old HIlton not sure about LVH...) or as an add-on price (Mirage, probably a few more but I don't eat at buffets very often)

 

We ate at the Mirage buffet last trip in June and they had free beer and wine included in the price.

 

Ooh, that's new since when we went (I had a coupon that gave us the wine/beer free but at the time - Feb 2013 - it was an add-on charge) And they post on their website they have Goose Island IPA - my husband would be so much happier - he drank the crap free wine with me because he won't drink Bud ;-)

 

As of last fall, Mandalay Bay's buffet had beer, wine, and champagne included in the base buffet price.

 

Not on the strip, but worth the trip over to the Carnival World Buffet at Rio. Champagne included with brunch 10am-3pm M-F, and they keep it flowing.
