    My Trip Report

Early flight out of PIT on SW got us to Las half hour early. Rental from ez, 10 days for $172 hard upsell to a Impale, turns out that's all they had left. BOGO breakfast at Ellis Island, 5.99 steak and eggs. No quads but we both won a little, so free meal and up slightly. We both had free play at Silvertons, I stuck with Flushers official rules of parley, and made it to $1 but couldn't remember when to stop.after being up to about $350 I cashed out at $100 First two nights at DTG, (free) they put us in a corner king, very nice carpet is the wrong color for a hotel, they were spot cleaning it when we came up. Played VP at theD, Binions, Fremont and DTG. Never got a quad but only lost about a hundred. My wife ended the night up about two hundred, on slots doing the best at DTG. The D cafe now closes at 10 pm so we had cheeseburgers at Binions, (ok for $5) then slices at pizza rock at 1:30am LVA bogo really good. But I was buzzed by then, and had been up 29 hours so we called it a night.[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Got a couple hour nap, then back to the bar tops at DTG Played for two and a half hours on forty in, then cashed out twenty. On only one quad.

Then went to Magnolia's for breakfast at 11:30pm. ( LVA bogo )The country up gravy wasn't as lumpy as normal.

Back at DTG I lost twenty fast, so I switched to nickels and got one quad. But managed three beam and cokes. Before my wife ran out of steam, but that's fine she was losing a lot, I don't think she's trying very hard.

They added lights and signs on the walk from Fremont to DTG so it doesn't seem as dead down there.

Slept in, so only played BJ. Bought in for $25, up and down for about an hour and a half. Last shoe went my way and left up fifty.

Checked out of DTG and drove out to Mt. Charleston. From 76f up there to 110f in town.

Monday morning wasn't great but I pulled one quad, and my wife pulled $300 ish out of a money storm and about $150 on shrimp mania. Tuesday I turned $5 into $50 on this also

I needed out of casinos for a bit, so we went to the Shelby museum. Very cool if your into cars.

We stopped at El Cortez on the way back, my wife turned $10 free play (LVA) into $25 but I lost $20 on VP.

We had the $5 burger special at EC, to compare it to Binions. EC wins it's a meal and way better then I expected.

After a nap we did the LVA free and match plays at, Binions, Plaza and LVC made $20 at Plaza but pretty much a wash. Hit MSS and got two quads, the first was on my first pull, Jose remained me to get a scratch ticket.

Only got pic of one, the other is a blur.

Tuesday morning we stayed about even. Had breakfast at the D when I saw this I had to order it, turns out timspeed was right throw up gravy is great on a omelette.

Tuesday we moved to Aria, for two nights. At checkin they said it would be about an hour to get us a room close to the elevators, not a problem since it was only 1:30 ten minutes later we got a text with the room number, and that it was ready.

We ran down and got our tickets for Zarcana (my Vegas) then just relaxed till the show.

I thought it was good, but my wife loved it. After the show we were headed to MC to use the my Vegas $50 reward at the pub.
But we stopped at a fish machine to have a smoke. Ended up on it for almost an hour and turned a $5 into $60

So we had to eat at the cafe, it was ok but I think the pub would have been better.

A buddy wanted me to put some play on his and his GF's Cosmo card. He only plays old quick hits reel machine. Three bucks a spin, he gave me thirty.

Played his card first, twenty some points on fourteen dollars. Switched machine and put his GF card and sixteen dollars in and put almost two hundred points on her card.

So I put a hundred in and we played for almost an hour, put almost five hundred points on my wife's card and only lost twenty.

I moved to VP and hit this.

Played a bit and pulled fifty profit out. Found my wife just as she hit a bonus.

I gave the fifty back on VP but my wife was winning on the same machine and a WOF, we left up just over three fifty.

We grabbed the car, hit in&out for lunch and played on Boulder Highway but just donated. It's freaking hot here so we headed back to Aria.

After a short break in the room, we played a bit and had dinner at the buffet. (My Vegas) I mostly played nickel VP and after about three hours play we were up about twenty bucks. So we called it a early night.

Tap a talk is being a PITA so not sure how this is coming out.

Played a bit at Aria Thursday morning, up slightly on my wife's slot play. Had breakfast at the buffet ( my Vegas got a noon check out. Then hit MGM played lions share and the tens or better, and got a quad.

Last three days at Silvertons my wife's keeping us even, but I'm getting beat at everything.

Nice dealt quad on Boner Deluxe!

I never could find that Tens or better machine and I liked pretty hard for it at mgm. But unfortunately that's a crap 95% paytable. Disappointing.

My wife read this and claims I may be off on some of the amounts, I drink so she may be right. But she said their close.

And the machine at Cosmo was two bucks a spin not three.

But anyway, by the time we checked out of Aria, after six days in Vegas we were about even.

The last three days at Silvertons went good but I think I was playing scared, wanting to bring the bankroll home.

I played short BJ sessions and lots of Nickel and penny STP VP but still had a blast.

I practiced VP a lot before this trip and slowed down my play. Not sure if it was this or I was just lucky, but it was amazing how long I played at times without getting quads.

By about 8:30 Saturday nite we were both worn out and only down six hundred ish for all gambling, tips, food and misc. so we decided to call it a win, and go to the room.

Our flight out was at 9:45 so I ordered a pot of coffee and bagels for five am.

After coffee and a shower in the morning, we had an hour to kill, so we decided fifty more each and call it a trip.

I lost forty on VP without a quad, then put five in a buffalo machine and played at forty cents just killing time. Two or three bonuses later and it's over eighty. I started playing max but noticed a mega millions machine so I moved to that.

In no time I was at one fifty, then my wife walked up and it stopped. I almost pulled at one hundred but couldn't, finally at forty I cashed out and called it a trip.

The flight home was just under four hours and i slept most of it.

Total cost was about two grand, the only room we paid for was one night at Four Queens and the resort fee at Aria thanks to My Vegas, most meals were comps, points, my Vegas or LVA coupons. So I winning trip in my book.

We had planned to go to Zion for one day, and I wanted to try Rolling smoke so I guess we have to go back soon.

Thanks for reading, and here's some pics I didn't post. The first few are at El Cortez, the display for Jackie.
