Raos at Caesars or Scarpetta at Cosmo are great.

I like Carmine's. It's family style. One entree will serve 2 to 4 people.

Battista's Hole in the Wall is 1 block from the strip on Flamingo (between Bally's & Cromwell) and gets good reviews on here.....

Il Mulino on the third floor of the Forum Shops is fabulous! Always a repeat visit for us.

I might suggest Trevi in the Forum Shops at Caesars. Great food, reasonable, and excellent people-watching. This is my first suggestion. Has a mix of various Italian dishes.

I personally like Battista's but many do not. It's an old school Sicilian red-sauce joint with a fairly good variety. One feature is that all-you-can-guzzle house wine (very generic red or white) comes with dinner, so you can get quite gooned on your expense account. :)

Carmine's is good, but you really need a larger group to make it work. If the four of you all prefer the same things, it could work. I would not recommend it for a couple or (aaargh!) a solo diner.

LOL, there's always Sbarro in Bally's if you get desperate. :) :)

+1 Scarpetta, slightly pricey but worth it!
