Table Games doubling my bet

I want to double my bet of $100 in an hour of play, what's the best game to do so?
Roulette gives 50/50 on Red/Black, Even/Odd(but 0, 00 kills the odds); If I get up to $200, I just walk away as I've
reached my goal.
How does it compare to Blackjack or Poker? The Wheel, Slots, Keno, Bingo?

QD 1 spot is 1:4(25%) for double the bet; thus, on a $100(all lines 52) bet x2 = $200.
To get the same odds on NY Numbers $1 straight is 1:1000; a $250 bet gives me odds of 1000/250 = 1:4 or 25%
for $500 payout; a $100 bet has 10% odds of winning.

$20 scratch cards have 1:4 of winning anything; perhaps I'll try 5x$20 of 'em.

 

Put $100 on the pass or don't pass in craps. I would say to play a hand of blackjack, but there's always the possibility of hitting a split situation.

 

So if you're looking to make one bet of $100 to try and double your money, I would play one hand of baccarat betting the banker (you would only make $95 on this bet instead of $100, but you're actually getting better than 50/50 odds of winning!). You can't do BJ because, as mentioned, you may have to split to make the best play that gives you the best chance of winning. Absolutely stay away from roulette! It's not a 50/50 game. Even if you make the wager on a single zero wheel, the house edge on that bet is almost twice what it is on baccarat or the don't pass on craps

 

I'm confused - are you talking about just making one big $100 bet or just buying in for $100 and playing smaller bets for an hour?

Seriously, if making a single bet, i would go with baccarat, as UK suggested, or one of the even money bets on roulette.

For a single bet of $100? Hard to beat the pass-line bet on the come-out. You have a 22% of winning on the first roll, but even if you don't get a 7 or 11, you have a 64% chance of not losing either - 8 possible win-combinations versus only 4 losing combinations...
32 outcomes out of 36 (88.88%), you do not lose on the first roll. Then, who knows? Shooter hits his point, you win. If he doesn't, you lose.
Of course, you could look at the 'don't pass' as well. There are 28 non-loss combinations on the come-out roll versus only 8 losing ones, giving you a 78% chance of not losing on the come-out.
After that, the odds favor you on every subsequent roll. If he sevens-out, you win. If he hits his point, you lose.
