You can submit an email and wait 3-5 days between responses. That's the only method of contact I can find unless someone knows a contact number? I called 1-800- CAESARS...no luck.

Have you tried the number on the back of TR players card? 877-7-PLAYER. I've only used the number once and they were pretty helpful. Besides that, I just usually email them as it's more convenient and I don't like waiting on the phone or being put on hold. All the email response I have gotten when emailing them were about 1-2 days only.

Tried it...same result as calling 1-800-CAESARS. Guess I'll do the email thing.

Try Twitter if email takes too long. Twitter usually gets instant response.

I don't think there is a national TR line. You proabably need to try calling a direct number for one of the casinos and getting to their Total Rewards desk. Or send the email. They generally repsond more quickly than three days and you can let them know in the email that you wish to speak by phone to someone.

Email worked great. They emailed back same day and even replied to a response that I had within an hour. I was pretty impressed. I was discouraged initially when the auto-generated message said 3-5 days.
